Abstract

IDEASS is an initiative that consists of the identification and promotion, at the international level, of innovations and experiences that have proved to contribute to human development, reduction of exclusion, unemployment and poverty. This document explains how IDEASS serves as a forum where southern countries can collaborate on concrete activities, strengthening thereby relationships among public and private actors, service providers, workers' and employers' organisations, universities and local communities in the countries concerned.
