This article explains the role of civil social development organizations (OCDS in Spanish)within Boliviarian Venezuela. The article is structured according to the following questions, that are recently being understood in the country today; what are the participation values of the OCDS? What forms does this participation take? What type of intermediation or social representation do they reflect? What kind of rationality or problematic do they seek to address? Does a relationship exist between the social work they perform with citizenship creation?
